A squad is usually made up of an agile project manager, one or two UX/UI designers and a technical writer. The members of the squad apply the mindset, technical, communication and leadership skills learnt from our bootcamps during live projects.
While our bootcamps mark the beginning of these mind-shifting trainings, our Incubator Program takes learning to another level. Candidates get better equipped to offer marketplace solutions beyond technical skills through working on live projects with continuous mentorship and design training.
Work in a Squad
Upon successful graduation from our bootcamps, selected
candidates are offered a place in our incubator program for
a one-year period where they are opportune to work on live
partner projects.
